NORTH SOUND STORM ANNOUNCES HUDSON MICHAELS AS OFFICIAL TEAM PHOTOGRAPHER

SHORELINE, WA — September 2, 2026 — The North Sound Storm are proud to announce the addition of Hudson C. Michaels to the organization as the team's Official Team Photographer.

As the Storm continue building an organization centered around football, community, opportunity, and professional-level presentation, bringing the right people behind the scenes is just as important as building the roster on the field. Hudson Michaels joins the Storm with years of photography experience and a portfolio spanning sports, portraits, editorial, music, events, and creative photography throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Hudson's passion for photography began at the age of 14 while working with his high school yearbook and newspaper. After serving in the United States Navy and spending more than two decades traveling and experiencing different paths in life, Hudson returned to photography in 2018 and has continued developing his craft ever since.

His work has taken him across a wide range of environments and industries, including professional sports, collegiate athletics, football, wrestling, events, cosplay, music, and community organizations. His clients and collaborations have included organizations such as the City of Seattle, Microsoft, Seattle University, Seattle Pride, Emerald City Comic Con, Geek Girl Con, and others.

Hudson also brings valuable experience photographing football and athletics, with previous work involving organizations and programs throughout the Pacific Northwest, including the West Coast Pacific Minor League and Arena Football One.

That experience made Hudson a natural fit for the North Sound Storm.

As Official Team Photographer, Hudson will be responsible for capturing the moments that define the Storm both on and off the field — from game-day action and player portraits to practices, community events, team announcements, fans, and the behind-the-scenes moments that help tell the story of the organization.

The Storm organization believes that building a recognizable team requires more than what happens between the lines. It requires telling the stories of the athletes, coaches, staff, families, supporters, and communities that make the organization what it is.

Hudson will play a major role in helping bring those stories to life.

"We want people to feel the Storm before they ever walk into the stadium," said the North Sound Storm Media Department. "Hudson has the eye, experience, and creativity to capture the emotion and intensity of what we're building. We're incredibly excited to have him officially join the Storm family."

From the first practice to game day, from the big plays to the moments nobody else sees, Hudson Michaels will be behind the lens documenting the rise of the North Sound Storm.
